AIMeter does not collect any personal data. The app has no analytics, no telemetry, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party SDKs.
Your claude.ai session cookie is saved in the iOS Keychain so the app can authenticate on your behalf. Usage snapshots and preferences are saved in an app-group container shared only between AIMeter and its widget extension.
AIMeter makes HTTPS requests only to claude.ai. Your session cookie is included as an authentication credential — exactly as your browser would. No other servers are contacted by the app itself.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple's StoreKit. Payment details are collected and processed by Apple, not by AIMeter. The app receives only the transaction receipt from StoreKit, which it validates locally to unlock Pro features. Receipt data is not transmitted to any server by the app. See Apple's privacy policy for how Apple handles purchase data.
AIMeter itself does not collect crash reports. If you have enabled Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Share With App Developers on your device, iOS automatically delivers anonymized crash logs to the developer through App Store Connect. These logs contain stack traces and device metadata — no personal identifiers, no user content. You can opt out at any time in iOS Settings.
The in-app "Email feedback" feature can optionally attach a recent debug log to help diagnose issues. The attachment contains recent application log entries — API endpoints called, timing, non-sensitive error messages — never your cookie, account credentials, or message content. The email is sent via your default mail client directly to [email protected]. If you don't enable the attachment, no log is included.
Deleting the app removes all stored data, including the Keychain entry and app-group container.
